Nova Samui Resort - Chaweng (Koh Samui)

The room I was in was spacious and comfortable, ideal for my work-related trip. The location proved to be advantageous, as it was close to night spots.

The hotel could benefit from some maintenance.

The property was in the middle of the city.

Wonderful relaxing hotel, new-fashioned rooms, great view of the sea. Attentive, caring employees who could n't care less of their service. Perfect location on the nearby Island of Anthong, Thai style building. Next to Lamai beach.

There are a lot of steps to access the rooms, which can be daunting, especially for those with mobility issues. The shower drain was clogged , causing some discomfort. The rooms felt tired and dark, with some outdoor furniture needing replacement. The breakfast selection is limited, and the music played by the pool can become monotonous.

Great location just a short walk to the main shopping and nightlife areas! The pool area is lovely, surrounded by beautiful greenery. Our room was huge, super clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and hairdryer.

Staff were super friendly, but the wi-fi was pretty awful and the breakfast could use more variety. Sweet as vibes, though!

This was my 7th stay at Nova Samui and the welcome and friendliness of the staff is the same as ever. They are excellent. The location is very convenient for the beach, shopping and nightlife without being on top of everything. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

Excellent combination of price/quality. Big air-conditioned and well-furnished rooms, balconies with garden view, all necessary facilities (safe, mini bar, etc.), everyday cleaning. Cheap and fast wi-fi at the reception. Nice hotel swimming pool with the pool bar. Very friendly stuff, available at any time and eager to help. Perfect location in a quite area not far from the city center (10 min walk) and the beach (15 min walk) + free transfer from the hotel to the center every 30 min. Really recommend the hotel for all types of tourists (couples, friends, families with children).

loved everything about nova samui

The pool area offered beautiful views and was perfect for relaxation, but accessing my room involved climbing many stairs. I enjoyed diving and snorkelling opportunities nearby.

Good Staff,Good Location,couldnt ask for more.

Everything - it was a gorgeous hotel. Our room was amazing with a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. The bathroom was lovely, the aircon fabulous. The pool is great and room service excellent. There is a half hourly free shuttle to the main street (which is only really 10mins walk away). The hotel staff were really really helpful and very approachable. Would definately recommend and stay there again!

The pool area was lovely, but the rooms felt a bit outdated.

I like everything about the nova this is the 6th time my wife and I have stayed here. We are always looked after and nothing is to much trouble for any of the staff they call us mamma and pappa and it feels like were family. Thank you everyone we will be back soon love davy and mary xx
